Airey Taylor Consulting delivered excellence of design on the State Theatre Centre of Western Australia.

The $91 Million Dollar Project delivered:
- 575-seat Main Theatre
- 234-seat flexible Studio space
- Two Rehearsal Rooms
- Outdoor performance space
- Spacious foyers and public amenities

Client/Site requirements were demanding:
- Venue location
- Plot size
- Acoustic Isolation requirements of theatres
- Submerged building design to minimise height
- High traffic area for construction
- Main Performance Areas “stacked” for reduced footprint
- Potential Acid Sulphate Soils (PASS) This highly complex project demanded innovative, lateral structural solutions to implement the architectural and client objectives.

Perth now has it's own outstanding world class theatre.
